All you need is a valid credit card (no PayPal account necessary). I ship worldwide (but see shipping notes below).
If you prefer to pay by check, please email me (info@barbarajcarter.com) or call me (661-904-6007). I only accept checks in US dollars from US banks. Sales in California are subject to California state sales tax.
I offer free delivery in my local area: the San Fernando Valley, California. Outside The Valley, I'll deliver within a 2 hour drive for a small fee (50 cents per mile). If I'm delivering, I'm also very happy to help you hang your art, including artwork by other artists. I want you to enjoy your entire art collection!
Shipping in the US: I can ship all of my paintings, large or small, framed or not, anywhere in the US using either US Mail or FedEx Ground. Domestic shipping ranges from $20 to $70, depending on the size of the painting and whether it's framed or not (framed pieces weigh more and require bigger boxes). The shipping fee is automatically included when you click the "buy" button to purchase.
Shipping Outside the US: Small-to-medium sized unframed paintings (up to 18x24") can be shipped for a reasonable fee ($20-$100) using US Mail. I don't recommend shipping a framed painting overseas. Unfortunately, my larger paintings (24x36" and up) cannot be shipped via US Mail because of their size limits. It is possible to ship these larger paintings via FedEx or other shippers, but the shipping rates are outrageous ($500 and up). Please contact me if you wish to ship a larger painting overseas.
